Finance Executive

About the role
The Finance Executive will join Filmhouse Cinemas Limited’s finance team in Victoria Island, Lagos, supporting the company’s cinema operations and development activities. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records for all daily transactions.
- Prepare balance sheets and process invoices.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Update internal systems with financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and track bank deposits and payments.
- Participate in financial audits.
- Assist with budget preparation and review financial policies.
- Manage the fixed assets register, ensuring proper recording of additions, reclassifications and disposals.
Required profile
- B.Sc or HND in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of finance or accounting experience.
- ICAN certification.
