Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner (Tiki) sits at the crossroads of Finance, Product and Strategy, turning complex cross‑border transaction data into actionable insights. You will guide expansion decisions, optimise profitability and manage FX risk across global corridors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial modelling and feasibility studies for new country and corridor entry.
• Design pricing strategies for transfer fees and FX spreads in collaboration with Product and Marketing.
• Analyse revenue streams, unit economics and campaign ROI to identify growth bottlenecks.
• Partner with Treasury to monitor FX exposure, conduct volatility “what‑if” analyses and support treasury reporting.
• Audit payment‑switch, API and partner costs; track Customer Acquisition Cost efficiency.
• Own driver‑based financial planning, budgeting and scenario forecasting.
• Maintain weekly/monthly performance dashboards and prepare executive reports for the Board.
• Drive automation of reporting, reconciliation and revenue‑leak detection controls while supporting regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CFA (or in progress) is highly preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Partnering or related FP&A roles.
