About the role
We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Manager to lead the finance function of The Agric&Culture; Company. The role involves financial reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow management and ensuring audit readiness. You will be responsible for driving financial controls and supporting the overall performance of the finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports and management accounts.
- Develop budgets, monitor spending and control costs.
- Manage cash flow, receivables and payables.
- Monitor margins and conduct financial analysis.
- Ensure financial controls, compliance and audit readiness.
- Oversee finance processes, systems and the performance of the Finance & Accounts team.
Required profile
- Solid experience managing a Finance & Accounts function.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, controls, audit and financial analysis.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG or food service industries is beneficial.
