Field Sales Representative – Lagos

About the role

WiCool is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join its Lagos team. This full‑time hybrid position blends on‑site customer engagement with occasional remote work, focusing on promoting cooling, ice, and cold‑chain services across key sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers in fisheries, food & beverage, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and agriculture.
• Conduct on‑site visits, demonstrate solutions, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and gather market feedback.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
• Track performance metrics, produce sales reports, and support local marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated field sales experience, preferably in B2B services, logistics, energy, or related infrastructure.
• Proven ability in prospecting, lead generation, relationship building, and account management.
• Comfortable delivering in‑person presentations, product demos, and negotiating commercial terms.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting with frequent travel within Lagos State and occasional trips to nearby regions.
• Solid understanding of basic business and financial concepts such as pricing, margins, and contracts.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
