Field Sales Representative

About the role

The G Store is seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to expand its retail footprint across Lagos and surrounding regions. You will be the front‑line ambassador, introducing Sharp Calculators and other premium lifestyle products to a variety of institutional and retail customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 10–15 client visits daily to retail stores, wholesalers, schools, corporate offices and sneaker boutiques.
• Identify, approach and onboard new retail partners, presenting product catalogs and value propositions.
• Negotiate pricing within approved discount ranges and collect payments or coordinate settlement with the admin team.
• Maintain a daily visit log and submit weekly sales reports summarising visits, proposals, closed deals and revenue.
• Build strong relationships with partners to ensure product stocking and prominent display.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, promotions and emerging sales channels.
• Collaborate with admin and digital marketing teams to align field activities with online campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in retail distribution, FMCG, electronics or fashion accessories.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities, able to work independently.
• Resident in Lagos with willingness to travel within the city and occasionally to other states.
• Excellent verbal communication in English; knowledge of Yoruba or Pidgin is a plus.
• Existing relationships with retail stores, sneaker boutiques, stationery shops or school procurement officers in Lagos.
