Field Sales Officer

About the role

Kolomoni, a digital financial services brand of Kolomoni Microfinance Bank, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Officer to join its remote team. You will help drive adoption of savings, investment, payment, and agency banking services across designated markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers and agents.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features in clear, simple language.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Document interactions in sales tools, prepare concise performance reports, and share market feedback.
• Collaborate with customer support, marketing, and product teams to align activities with business goals.

Required profile

• No prior sales experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong interest in sales and customer relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
