Field Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join Troy Atlantic Limited’s sales team in Ibadan, Oyo State. The role focuses on expanding our presence in the retail, fashion and FMCG sectors by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships. You will be responsible for achieving territory sales targets and promoting product visibility across wholesale outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new customers within the assigned territory.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the region.
• Ensure optimal product display and visibility in wholesale outlets.
• Introduce and promote new product launches to customers.
• Advise customers on best‑selling patterns and sell‑out strategies.
• Represent Troy Atlantic brands during all customer and prospect interactions.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities and market trends.
• Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar field sales or territory sales role.
• Target‑driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
