Field Collections Officer

About the role

The Field Collections Officer will conduct on‑site visits to customers with overdue loan repayments, negotiate repayment plans, and support the recovery of defaulted accounts and assets. This role requires strong independence, familiarity with local routes, and the ability to build professional relationships with borrowers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers in assigned locations who have missed loan repayments.
• Negotiate and follow up on repayment arrangements to meet recovery targets.
• Support the recovery of defaulted accounts and, where necessary, assist in asset retrieval.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, community members, and relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in loan collections, recovery, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and achieve set recovery targets.
• Familiarity with local routes and communities within the assigned area.
• Residence in Rivers (Port Harcourt) or Lagos (Epe preferred, other areas considered).

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of N110,000 per month.
• Transport allowance of N20,000 per month.
