Feed Mill Manager – Lagos

About the role

The Feed Mill Manager will lead the feed manufacturing operation of a leading integrated poultry agribusiness in Lagos, ensuring continuous, cost‑effective, and high‑quality feed production to support breeder and commercial farms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise all feed manufacturing activities.
• Maintain uninterrupted feed production to meet demand forecasts.
• Coordinate raw material procurement and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with approved feed formulations and quality specifications.
• Optimise mill throughput, productivity and resource utilisation.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Supervise and develop the mill workforce.
• Control costs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of commercial feed‑mill management experience.
• Strong technical expertise in poultry nutrition and feed manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability in production management, quality control systems and preventive maintenance.
• Demonstrated leadership and operational excellence.
