Fashion Sales Associate (Stylist & Tailoring Consultant)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, fashion‑forward professional to join a premium fashion brand in Lekki, Lagos. The role blends sales, personal styling, and tailoring consultation to deliver a seamless, high‑end customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk‑in customers, understand their needs and recommend fashion pieces that match their style and occasion.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while upselling complementary products and styling services.
• Provide personalized styling advice, wardrobe planning and outfit coordination based on body type and lifestyle.
• Take accurate body measurements, conduct fittings and coordinate alterations with tailors to ensure perfect garment fit.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, process transactions via POS, manage inventory and keep the showroom organized.
• Follow up on orders, fittings and deliveries, handling customer inquiries promptly and maintaining client records.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in fashion retail sales, luxury retail, styling or bespoke clothing.
• Proven ability to take precise measurements and guide customers through tailoring processes.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for current fashion trends.
