About the role

The Farm Supervisor will oversee daily farm operations, ensuring that activities run smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the farm owner, you will coordinate workers, manage equipment, and support the overall productivity of the farm.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities.
• Monitor and guide farm workers to maintain high efficiency.
• Implement the farm owner's instructions and operational plans.
• Maintain and oversee proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Keep basic records of farm activities and progress.
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety across the farm premises.
• Drive for farm-related needs, including transport of produce, supplies, or personnel.
• Assist in sourcing and purchasing farm inputs when required.
• Provide regular updates on operations, challenges, and outcomes.

Required profile

• Supervisory experience in any field.
• Valid driver’s license with confident driving ability.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a farm environment.
• High level of responsibility, discipline, and reliability.
• Genuine interest or passion for farming and agriculture.
