About the role
A farm is looking for a motivated person with 0 to 2 years of experience to join its agricultural operations team. The role keeps the farm running smoothly every day through record keeping, inventory monitoring and administrative support. It suits a detail-oriented person who wants to use basic computer literacy and organisational skills to keep accurate data.
Key responsibilities
- Document daily agricultural operations, including planting schedules, crop treatments and harvest activities.
- Monitor and log inventory levels for critical inputs such as seeds, fertilisers and chemical supplies.
- Maintain up-to-date logs of livestock and crop yields using digital spreadsheets or physical registers.
- Compile and generate weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
- Facilitate stock verification processes and manage the requisition of farm supplies.
- Organise and archive documentation so it is ready for audits and strategic planning sessions.
