About the role
The Factory Manager will lead all aspects of daily production at our manufacturing site, ensuring that output meets quality standards and delivery schedules. This senior position requires strong operational oversight and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily factory operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Oversee production planning, inventory management, and manufacturing costs.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Lead production, maintenance, quality assurance, and warehouse teams.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, and Logistics to ensure efficient operations.
- Drive productivity improvements, waste reduction, and operational excellence.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of a BSc.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar factory management role.
