Factory Documentation & Inventory Officer

About the role

The company is seeking a diligent Factory Documentation & Inventory Officer to maintain accurate records of daily factory activities and manage inventory of raw materials, accessories, and finished goods. This role supports the factory manager and production team in a fast‑paced interior design and furniture manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Keep accurate daily records of factory activities and operations.
• Document materials supplied to the factory and track collections by workmen.
• Maintain proper inventory of raw materials, accessories, and finished items.
• Monitor movement of materials in and out of the factory.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Work closely with the factory manager and production team.
• Flag shortages, wastage, or discrepancies in materials.
• Maintain organized filing and documentation systems.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.
• High integrity and strong sense of accountability.

What we offer
