Facility / Electrical Technician – Abuja

About the role

Codelabprojects Nigeria Limited is seeking a skilled and reliable Facility / Electrical Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth operation of electrical systems within its Abuja facility. The role requires strong technical expertise, safety awareness, and the ability to respond quickly to electrical emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and system failures.
• Inspect and maintain wiring, panels, and power distribution systems.
• Ensure continuous operation of generators, backup power units, and other power supply systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on all electrical infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and coordinate with external service providers when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience in electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose electrical faults independently and efficiently.
• Good knowledge of building electrical systems and power distribution.
• Experience with generators, inverters, and backup power systems is an advantage.
