About the role

Provide end‑to‑end support for international buyers of agricultural and mineral products, handling enquiries, order processing and shipment updates.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with buyers via email, WhatsApp and calls, answering queries on product specs, pricing and delivery.
Track the full order cycle from confirmation, stock preparation, sampling, inspection, container loading to vessel scheduling.
Send proactive shipment updates and maintain customer database and order logs.
Support documentation team with packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin and lab reports.
Resolve complaints, quality disputes, weight discrepancies and shipment delays by coordinating internal teams.
Collect market feedback on commodity prices and quality requirements.
Liaise with QA, warehouse, freight forwarder, shipping line and finance for inspection, loading, payment and bill of lading release.

Required profile

BSc degree minimum.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar export customer service role.
