Experienced Facebook Advertising Expert

About the role

Crownscape Ventures is seeking a results‑driven Facebook Advertising Expert to lead paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. You will work closely with creative and sales teams to generate high‑quality leads and drive revenue growth for our clients in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts, marketing angles and campaign ideas.
• Research competitors, customer pain points and winning advertising formats.
• Write ad copy, hooks, headlines and video scripts.
• Brief graphic designers and creators, ensuring fresh creative assets.
• Monitor daily performance metrics, pause under‑performing ads and scale profitable ones.
• Optimise campaigns to reduce cost per lead or order and improve returns.
• Analyse creative performance and iterate on successful versions.
• Track advertising spend, conversions and overall campaign profitability.
• Prepare clear daily and weekly performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative and sales teams to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience in paid social advertising.
• At least SSCE level education.
• Based in Ajah/Sangotedo, Lagos.
