Executive Driver – Full‑time in Abuja

About the role

NoemDek Limited is seeking a professional Executive Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for its staff and clients in Abuja. The role involves daily driving duties, vehicle upkeep, and coordination of travel logistics while representing the company with a high level of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient driving support, including airport pick‑ups and point‑to‑point travel for employees and visitors.
• Plan routes, study schedules, and adjust plans in response to unplanned events.
• Maintain accurate travel logs, vehicle movement records, and weekly activity reports.
• Monitor vehicle condition, perform daily checklists, and coordinate servicing and inspections.
• Renew and keep all required driver and vehicle documents up‑to‑date with federal and state regulations.
• Ensure the vehicle complies with Nigerian Federal Road Safety Corps requirements and remains clean and well‑maintained.
• Handle any accidents or incidents by notifying the supervisor and managing negotiations professionally.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional driving experience in Abuja.
• Valid Federal Government Driver’s License.
• Defensive driving training and strong knowledge of local traffic rules.
• Effective spoken and written English communication.
• Positive attitude, neat appearance, and ability to work independently.
