Executive Director of Operations & B2B Strategy (COO/CEO Track)

About the role

Trydnt Services Limited seeks a visionary Executive Director of Operations & B2B Strategy to own daily operations and drive high‑margin growth in Abuja and the North‑Central region of Nigeria. This senior leader will combine operational excellence with aggressive B2B sales to accelerate the company’s next growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, design and close multi‑million Naira B2B contracts with corporate, multinational and premium private clients.
• Lead the end‑to‑end technical and commercial bidding process, targeting a win‑rate above 60%.
• Oversee daily service delivery, ensuring 100% compliance with client SLAs and scaling efficiency through corporate software pipelines, staff tracking tools and GIS mapping.
• Manage the P&L, optimizing operating expenses while protecting net profit margins.
• Partner closely with the Managing Director to translate long‑term vision into actionable operational and sales targets.

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent from a recognized business school.
• 5+ years in a senior executive role (CEO, COO, Deputy COO, GM of Operations) within professional services, logistics or tech‑enabled security/consulting.
• Current residence in Abuja with a strong, active network in the Federal Capital Territory’s corporate and procurement ecosystem.
• Proven experience authoring winning commercial tenders.
• High fluency with modern data dashboards, field‑tracking systems and productivity platforms.
