Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

Babymigo is scaling its education and support platform for families across Africa and needs a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. You will act as the CEO’s right hand, turning ideas into action, coordinating projects, and keeping the business moving forward in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s priorities and ensure critical projects progress.
• Coordinate meetings, product launches, and company initiatives.
• Follow up with team members to meet deadlines.
• Draft clear emails, documents, and presentations.
• Create and improve operational systems and processes.
• Conduct research and prepare reports.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, partners, and vendors.
• Support recruitment and onboarding when needed.
• Identify potential problems early and take ownership of special projects from planning to execution.
