About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at Mani Recruits, ensuring smooth communication and efficient office operations. The role involves managing information flow, coordinating schedules, and acting as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Manage information flow, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Screen and direct phone calls, handling correspondence with professionalism.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and prevent conflicts.
- Prioritize strategic work by acting as a gatekeeper for emails and calls.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
