About the role
We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in Lagos. The role involves managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and travel logistics while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and prepare briefing materials.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including transportation, lodging, visa applications, and itineraries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the CEO.
- Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and events involving the CEO.
- Handle expense reports, reimbursement requests, and maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
- Represent the CEO and the company professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in any relevant field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C‑level executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness to handle unexpected challenges.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Residence in Lagos.

What we offer
- Monthly remuneration of NGN 250,000.
