Executive Assistant

About the role

The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations for a fast‑growing engineering consulting firm. This full‑time, on‑site position in Ibadan involves managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and appointments.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Prepare, track and reconcile expense reports.
• Draft, review and format correspondence, presentations and documents.
• Maintain organized filing systems and digital information repositories.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items.
• Support general office coordination and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong executive administrative and support skills.
• Proficiency in filing, record‑keeping and office coordination tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of discretion, integrity and attention to detail.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role is preferred.
