Executive Assistant – Admin & Content Creation

About the role

The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative support to the executive team while also driving the company’s visual storytelling across digital platforms. This hybrid role blends classic office coordination with hands‑on content creation for a fast‑growing travel and aviation brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage schedules, meetings, appointments and travel logistics for senior executives.
• Prepare meeting notes, presentations and reports; run occasional business‑related errands.
• Capture photos and videos during meetings, events, trainings and client engagements for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Edit short‑form videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN or similar tools and design simple marketing assets with Canva.
• Draft captions, maintain a content calendar and support digital marketing campaigns.
• Organise digital files, media assets and company documents; coordinate with departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Content Creator or a similar role.
• Strong organisational, communication and confidentiality skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Residency within Lagos Mainland or nearby areas.
