Event Vendor Management Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

Elfrique Solutions Limited is launching its Event Vendor Management System (EVMS), a digital platform that connects event organizers with a wide range of vendors. As the Sales & Marketing Executive you will lead the growth of this service, securing new business, expanding the vendor base, and driving revenue in the Nigerian events market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the EVMS product.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to attract corporate and individual clients and onboard new vendors.
• Ensure smooth matching between vendors and event organizers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor platform performance, analyse data and recommend improvements.
• Promote the platform through digital and physical marketing channels to drive activations and sales.
• Provide training and support to vendors to maximise their success on the platform.
• Handle conflicts or issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Submit weekly strategic marketing plans and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive operations and meet profit and sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably within events, hospitality or technology.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets.
