Event Coordinator – Weddings & Celebrations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and supervision of weddings, birthdays, and other celebrations for our pastries and desserts brand. The role ensures seamless event operations, high‑quality service, and strong coordination among clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise event operations and field staff.
• Manage event schedules, logistics, and execution timelines.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to meet event requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and event briefs.
• Prepare and submit post‑event reports and documentation.
• Monitor staff conduct, performance, and professionalism during events.
• Resolve operational issues promptly during live events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in event coordination or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bold, confident, and able to take charge in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and team‑management abilities.
