Ethical Hacking Faculty – Full‑time Instructor

About the role

Aptech Computer Education is seeking a full‑time Ethical Hacking Faculty to join its Calabar training centre. The role involves delivering hands‑on cybersecurity courses to students aspiring to become security professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lectures on ethical hacking, penetration testing and core cybersecurity concepts.
• Conduct practical lab sessions using tools such as Kali Linux, Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit and Burp Suite.
• Evaluate student performance through quizzes, projects and practical exercises.
• Guide learners on relevant certifications and career pathways in the security field.
• Stay current with emerging threats, technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to students throughout the course.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and ethical hacking principles.
• Hands‑on experience with penetration testing and security assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities.
• Proficiency with Linux, networking, web security and vulnerability assessment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, Security+, eJPT, PNPT, OSCP) are highly preferred.
