Estate Surveyor – Property Valuation & Management

About the role

We are looking for an Estate Surveyor to join Dewale Consulting Ltd’s real‑estate team in Marina, Lagos. The role involves conducting property inspections, supporting valuations and assisting with acquisition and disposal activities. You will work closely with clients, owners and tenants to deliver professional surveying services.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out property inspections and produce detailed reports.
• Assist in preparing valuation reports and market research analyses.
• Support property acquisition, disposal and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate property records and databases.
• Participate in property viewings, client meetings and stakeholder liaison.
• Monitor market developments and provide updates to the team.
• Help identify new business and property opportunities.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in estate surveying or real estate.
• Strong understanding of property valuation, agency and management practices.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos property market.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
