Entry-Level Field Officer – Niger State, Nigeria

About the role

New Incentives is seeking motivated entry‑level Field Officers to support its cash‑transfer program that encourages mothers in Niger State to complete their infants' immunisation schedules. Officers will work directly in public clinics, enrolling eligible beneficiaries and ensuring smooth delivery of vaccination services.

Key responsibilities

• Enroll mothers and infants into the cash‑transfer programme based on strict eligibility criteria.
• Monitor immunisation services at assigned clinics and verify that vaccinations are recorded correctly.
• Interact with clinic staff and beneficiaries, providing health talks and coaching caregivers on follow‑up visits.
• Conduct rapid assessments, report enrolments, and maintain accurate cash‑management records.
• Prevent fraud, document stock‑outs or service gaps, and support outreach campaigns.

Required profile

• Young, hard‑working candidates willing to work full‑time onsite.
• Residency in one of the listed LGAs/towns within Niger State.
• Commitment to improving child health and vaccination uptake.
