Entry-Level Field Officer – Kaduna State

About the role

New Incentives is seeking motivated entry‑level Field Officers to support its cash‑transfer program that encourages mothers in Kaduna State to complete their infants' immunisation schedule. Officers will work directly in public clinics, enrolling beneficiaries and ensuring smooth delivery of vaccination services.

Key responsibilities

• Enroll eligible mothers and infants at designated public clinics.
• Monitor immunisation services, verify vaccinations, and record any stock‑outs or service gaps.
• Interact with clinic staff and caregivers, providing health talks and explaining follow‑up visit dates.
• Conduct rapid assessments and assist with outreach campaigns.
• Manage cash‑transfer disbursements, maintain accurate records, and prevent fraud.
• Prepare detailed enrollment reports and uphold cash‑management standards.

Required profile

• Residency in one of the listed towns within Kaduna State.
• Hard‑working, dedicated young candidates willing to work full‑time onsite.
• Strong commitment to improving child health outcomes.
