Enterprise Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results‑driven Enterprise Marketing Specialist to strengthen Callboxs’ brand positioning, uncover new market opportunities and generate enterprise‑level business across Africa and the Gulf. This role focuses on market intelligence, organic brand growth and building relationships with decision‑makers in large organisations such as banks, telecoms, airlines and fintechs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives that enhance how enterprise decision‑makers perceive Callboxs.
• Research target industries, track trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify professional communities, industry groups and networks where enterprise buyers gather.
• Design and test outreach approaches to generate organic leads and build scalable prospecting processes.
• Formulate growth hypotheses, test them and present data‑driven recommendations to leadership.
• Build durable relationships with industry stakeholders, creating referral and partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international B2B marketing, preferably targeting enterprise accounts in Africa or the GCC.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn market insight into pipeline.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and proactively identify non‑obvious channels.
• Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of relationship‑led buying processes.
