Engineering Graduate Trainee

About the role

Join Kenex Konsults International as an Engineering Graduate Trainee and embark on a structured development program. You will support senior engineers on a variety of construction projects while gaining hands‑on experience in planning, design, testing and site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist engineers in planning, designing, testing and executing engineering projects.
• Support site inspections, project monitoring and technical evaluations.
• Prepare engineering reports, technical documentation and project records.
• Help troubleshoot equipment and resolve engineering‑related issues.
• Conduct research and data analysis to inform engineering decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Participate in preventive maintenance, quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support project delivery.
• Attend training sessions, workshops and technical development programs.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Petroleum or related).
• Completed NYSC or hold a valid exemption certificate.
• 0–2 years post‑graduate experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and willingness to learn.
