About the role
We are looking for an Embroidery Digitizer and Illustrator Designer to create original embroidery designs using Adobe Illustrator and transform them into machine‑ready files.
Key responsibilities
- Create original embroidery in Adobe Illustrator from briefs and references.
- Develop unique monograms, lettering, borders, and motifs for garments.
- Digitize approved designs into machine‑ready formats with proper stitch types, density, underlay, and pull compensation.
- Test‑stitch and refine files to ensure clean sewing on different fabrics.
- Adjust designs for garment placement and size.
- Maintain an organized library of design and production files.
- Meet agreed deadlines and communicate clearly on revisions.
