About the role
We are looking for an Editorial Analyst to join Pocket FM’s fast‑growing audio entertainment platform. The role sits at the intersection of storytelling and data, helping shape content decisions for a global audience.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate story concepts, scripts and contest submissions for quality and audience fit.
- Analyse audience engagement, retention metrics and user sentiment to uncover performance trends.
- Track show performance, flag creative opportunities and risks, and provide data‑backed recommendations.
- Conduct market and genre research to identify audience preferences and emerging trends.
- Collaborate closely with editorial teams to improve storytelling outcomes based on insights.
- Support large‑scale editorial decision‑making with quantitative analysis.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of experience in a creative, editorial or content‑focused role.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Passion for understanding why stories resonate with audiences.
- Ability to balance subjective creative judgment with data‑driven thinking.
- Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in high‑volume environments.
