About the role

United Nigeria Airlines is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to lead its daily operations at both the Abuja and Lagos bases. This full‑time position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all airport and airline activities run smoothly, safely, and in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day duty operations, including flight coordination, ground handling, and passenger services.
Monitor compliance with aviation regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
Coordinate with airport authorities, airline crews, and support teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
Manage staffing schedules, allocate resources, and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, striving to maintain high service quality.

Required profile

Relevant qualifications and proven experience in airline or airport operations management.
Strong organizational and decision‑making abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work under pressure.
