Divisional Head – Retail & Corporate

About the role

Remita is seeking a senior executive to lead its Retail & Corporate division. The Divisional Head will own the P&L and be accountable for strategy, revenue growth, product development, and technology delivery across the retail and corporate payments space.

Key responsibilities

• Own full profit and loss accountability, driving revenue growth, cost management and margin optimisation.
• Define and execute the division’s strategic plan aligned with overall company objectives.
• Identify and prioritise new revenue streams, market segments and partnership opportunities.
• Present performance, strategic plans and risks to the Executive Leadership team.
• Lead business development and account management to meet aggressive revenue and customer acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, regulators and ecosystem partners.
• Champion a customer‑first culture to improve retention, satisfaction and lifetime value.
• Direct the division’s technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring platforms scale reliably.
• Oversee ideation, development and go‑to‑market of new payment products and features.
• Align technology delivery with business priorities, ensuring timely releases and platform reliability.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Strong track record of P&L ownership and delivering revenue growth.
• Ability to set go‑to‑market strategy and drive business development initiatives.
• Experience managing technology roadmaps and product development in a high‑volume transaction environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with regulators, financial institutions and corporate clients.
