Distributor Sales Executive – Ibadan

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Distributor Sales Executive to lead and expand our distributor network in Ibadan and surrounding areas. The role focuses on driving tile sales, increasing market coverage, and building strong relationships with partners in the ceramics and building materials sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing distributors and onboard new dealers/retailers.
• Achieve monthly sales volume and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor stock levels, pricing, and market trends.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with contractors and builders.
• Track competitor activity and provide market intelligence reports.
• Ensure timely collections and manage distributor credit accounts.
• Prepare daily sales reports and journey plans.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of field sales experience in building materials, FMCG, or ceramics.
• Valid driver’s license; fluency in Yoruba is an advantage.

• Base salary of ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month.
