About the role

The Distributor Partner Specialist will drive Red Bull’s distribution and trade‑marketing performance in Port Harcourt by managing distributor partners, executing trade initiatives and ensuring perfect‑store standards.

Key responsibilities

Support the distributor partner (DP) in preparing and implementing the Trade Marketing Plan and Commercial Annex.
Coach DP sales teams in‑field and classroom to achieve execution excellence and perfect‑store compliance.
Track and report KPIs, conduct market visits, perform perfect‑store audits and provide actionable feedback.
Coordinate POS material ordering, cooler placement and ROI reviews.
Lead monthly business review meetings and maintain internal reporting on sales, depletions and trade activities.

Required profile

University degree.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in consumer goods (beverage preferred).
Strong business acumen, negotiation and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English.
