About the role
The Dispatch Rider will ensure timely pick‑up, transportation and delivery of parcels, documents and goods across Lagos, primarily within Ikeja and surrounding areas. You will work closely with the logistics team to maintain accurate records and provide updates on delivery status.
Key responsibilities
- Pick up, transport and deliver parcels and documents to clients and company locations.
- Plan efficient delivery routes and confirm delivery details.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and obtain required signatures.
- Perform basic motorcycle checks, adhere to traffic regulations and report any incidents or delays.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of Lagos routes, especially Ikeja and nearby areas.
- Valid motorcycle rider’s licence and proven experience as a dispatch rider.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Minimum secondary school education (SSCE or equivalent).
Required skills
- Motorcycle maintenance and routine safety checks.
- Route planning and efficient navigation.
