Director of Learning Strategy (Remote)

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior academic leader to shape and operationalize its evidence‑based, accelerated learning model. The Director of Learning Strategy will translate learning‑science principles into concrete curriculum frameworks, drive execution across multiple school environments, and serve as the public face of the movement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop academic frameworks that operationalize learning science for curriculum design, motivational architecture, and application development.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery of results.
• Analyze data, conduct interviews, and perform observations to produce ecosystem assessments, identify barriers, and recommend targeted interventions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone oversight.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning in high‑stakes contexts, including keynote presentations and meetings with Ministries of Education.
• Coordinate execution across all schools, raise leadership benchmarks, and act as the authoritative public advocate for the model.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in education, learning science, or a related field.
• Proven track record of articulating and delivering a transformative academic vision with measurable results.
• Direct leadership experience managing teams and driving system‑wide impact.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI‑driven tutoring, mastery‑based progression, and redesign of classroom structures.
• Strong ability to convert scientific principles into operational excellence and to advocate for the model on a global platform.
