Digital Marketing Specialist (Hybrid, Lagos)

About the role

Droidedge Consulting is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Lagos office on a hybrid basis. This entry‑level position is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional passionate about digital marketing and technology. You will help increase online visibility, generate quality leads, and strengthen the company’s brand across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Implement on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies, conduct keyword research and competitor analysis, and optimise website pages, blogs and landing pages.
• Assist in planning, launching and monitoring Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets and conversion metrics.
• Create engaging content for the website, blog, email campaigns, social media and digital ads while maintaining brand voice.
• Plan and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X, publish posts, respond to comments and track engagement trends.
• Design marketing assets such as social media graphics, banners and presentations using Canva or similar tools.
• Update and maintain the company website, monitor traffic with Google Analytics and Search Console, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Support lead‑generation initiatives, webinars, events and product marketing activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in digital marketing and technology.
• Curious, data‑oriented and eager to build a career in digital marketing.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to create compelling content.
