Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Kingford Homes, a leading real‑estate developer in Lagos, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive online brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support property sales. This full‑time, on‑site position will work closely with sales, design and leadership teams to deliver consistent, client‑focused marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across social, email and paid channels.
• Manage and grow social media profiles, create and schedule engaging content.
• Oversee email marketing programmes and coordinate paid advertising on digital platforms.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics using web‑analytics tools.
• Collaborate with sales, design and leadership to ensure consistent messaging and support conversion goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital and general marketing, developing and executing integrated campaigns.
• Strong background in social media marketing, lead generation and nurturing prospects.
• Hands‑on experience with web‑analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in real‑estate or property‑related marketing and familiarity with the Lagos market is a plus.
