Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

MarketEdge Advisory is seeking a strategic and performance‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital initiatives for both the firm and its diverse client portfolio. Based in Magodo Phase 1, Lagos, the role is hybrid and focuses on building brand awareness, acquiring customers, and driving business growth across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns across social media, paid advertising, email, search, and content platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets to maximise ROI and identify new growth opportunities.
• Lead client‑facing digital initiatives, translate business goals into effective marketing plans, and present performance reports.
• Oversee content creation, social media calendars, and community engagement to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage paid media on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms, conducting A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
• Implement SEO strategies, monitor website analytics, and provide data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing integrated digital campaigns for multiple sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
• Creative thinker capable of identifying innovative digital growth opportunities.
