About the role
SounDisruptr is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to own the full lead‑to‑revenue cycle. You will run paid campaigns, manage leads, and close sales for our university courses and marketing services, directly impacting monthly revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google.
- Build and manage sales funnels and lead magnets for SounDisruptr University.
- Track analytics, report daily KPIs and continuously improve cost‑per‑lead and conversion rates.
- Respond to inbound leads via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email and move prospects toward calls or sales.
- Conduct multiple daily follow‑ups and close sales for courses and services.
- Maintain a CRM or tracking sheet for every lead and produce weekly revenue reports.
- Coordinate with the social media team to align content with ad and sales strategies.
- Assist in creating follow‑up emails, auto‑responders and sales messaging to improve funnel performance.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing with a focus on lead generation.
- Hands‑on experience running ads on Meta, TikTok or Google.
- Strong communication and persuasive sales skills.
- Ability to manage leads aggressively, work independently and meet revenue targets.
- Comfortable with daily lead management, WhatsApp/DM follow‑up and KPI reporting.
