Digital Marketing Executive

About the role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to lead customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth through data‑driven strategies. The role is based in Lagos and is full‑time.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce and Zoho.
- Drive e‑commerce growth and improve conversion rates.
- Develop and execute social media and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse key metrics including CAC, CLV and ROAS to inform decisions.
Required profile
- Based in Lagos and available for a full‑time onsite role.
- Proven ability to work with multiple digital advertising platforms and automation systems.
Required skills
- Meta, Google, YouTube & TikTok advertising.
- Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Zoho.
- E‑commerce growth and conversion optimisation.
- Social media and influencer marketing.
- Analytics with focus on CAC, CLV and ROAS.
