Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Regent Real Estate is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to elevate the brand’s presence across key social platforms. The role will blend creative content production with data‑driven campaign management to support luxury property sales and investor outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Create premium visual, video and copy assets that align with the Regent brand.
• Maintain a content calendar tied to project launches, listings and commercial milestones.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn for lead generation and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure digital activities feed the buyer and investor pipeline.
• Monitor performance metrics and refine content and campaign tactics based on data.
• Ensure brand voice and visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Handle inquiries and comments professionally in line with brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.
• Background in luxury real estate, premium lifestyle or high‑ticket brand marketing preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
• Strong creative eye and ability to produce intentional, high‑quality content.
• Excellent writing skills with a clear sense of brand voice and tone.
• Solid understanding of analytics and translating data into actionable decisions.
• Self‑driven, highly organised and capable of managing multiple streams without micromanagement.
• Portfolio demonstrating quality and range of work (mandatory).
