Digital Marketing & Content Lead

About the role

Our client, a leading publishing and digital storytelling company, is looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing & Content Lead. You will own the digital presence, drive brand visibility, engage audiences, and generate qualified leads across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Lead content creation and storytelling across social media, website, blog, email and paid campaigns.
• Manage social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube) and grow online communities.
• Run paid advertising on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and oversee SEO/SEM initiatives.
• Execute email marketing, marketing automation and A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain website content, monitor performance with Google Analytics and recommend UX improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
• Strong storytelling ability and a results‑driven mindset.
• Hands‑on experience managing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
