Digital Marketing & Cold Call Agent

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Cold Call Agent will support Codelabprojects Nigeria Limited in generating leads, engaging customers, and enhancing the company’s online presence. This onsite position combines outbound calling, social media support, and basic graphic design tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries and direct prospects appropriately.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
• Create, post, and engage with content on company social media pages.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communication logs.
• Support graphic design and marketing material creation using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
• Monitor online engagement and help improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer support teams as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field (preferred).
• NYSC completed or currently serving candidates may apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good spoken and written English.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Willingness to be trained in cold calling, customer engagement, and digital marketing.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
