Digital Marketer – Social Media & Video Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketer to lead our social media presence and video content creation. You will work closely with designers, videographers and the wider creative team to boost brand visibility, engagement and lead generation across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow business accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging graphics, reels, carousels, short‑form videos and compelling copy.
• Edit high‑quality promotional videos and social media clips.
• Develop and execute content calendars and campaign strategies.
• Monitor trends, viral formats and audience behavior to seize engagement opportunities.
• Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google and related platforms.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Support branding, product launches and client marketing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on digital marketing and social media management experience.
• Proven ability to grow audience reach and online visibility for brands.
• Strong independent work ethic with the capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Experience in a digital agency or fast‑paced creative environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Video editing tools: CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (advantage), Canva, motion‑graphics skills.
• Social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter).
• Content scheduling and community‑management tools.
• Advertising platforms: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads.
• Copywriting, caption writing and photography/content direction.
• Trend research, campaign ideation and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
