Digital Marketer – SEO, PPC & Email Campaign Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing HR consulting and training firm seeking a proactive Digital Marketer to lead our online presence. Based in Ikeja, you will design and execute campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance client engagement across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive acquisition and ROI.
• Develop, manage and analyse email marketing programmes, including newsletters and promotional blasts.
• Create, edit and publish blog articles that align with our content strategy and SEO goals.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on‑page and off‑page SEO tactics to improve organic visibility.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and other analytics tools, delivering regular insight reports.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, track KPIs and adjust tactics to maximise conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo or HubSpot.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
• Experience using WordPress or similar CMS for blog management.
• Location‑based preference for candidates residing in Ikeja or its environs.
